Where wellbeing meets performance

The Healthy Work Project offers hands-on scalable programs for organisations, leaders and teams to support wellbeing, boost performance and reduce risk. Programs are supported with resources, guides and practical tools to be embedded into the way your organisation operates.

There are three distinct versions of the Healthy Work Project, depending on the audience

Each program is designed to build the skills, confidence, and tools to create healthier, more sustainable work that enables the workforce to thrive.

Good Work Design for People Leaders

These programs are designed for frontline leaders shaping the day-to-day work experience. Programs are delivered by an experienced workplace psychologist or through e-learning modules.

These programs are designed to guide leaders though practical ways to balance job demands with job resources to optimise work, to reduce the risk of burnout and to create healthier, more productive teams. Both programs are supplemented with applied activities to put learnings directly into practice and make a meaningful difference, supported with coaching sessions as required.

  • Leaders training program: In interactive groups, leaders work with an experienced workplace psychologist and apply the applied activities with their teams following the session.
  • Leader e-learn program: This program is designed for busy leaders. The program is delivered through 4 x 10min self-paced learning modules and applied team activities.
